We are the Stoughton Resettlement Assistance Program (SRAP), an informal collective of community members working to provide financial support to refugees and help them settle in Stoughton. Originally formed in December 2021 to sponsor Afghan families, our mission broadened as those families were placed in other communities around the US. We have turned our attention to other refugees fleeing war, violence and destruction in their countries. In May 2022, we began resettling families in our community. As of August 1, we are supporting 4 Ukranian families.

We are working alongside Lutheran Social Services Refugee Resettlement Agency, as well as refugee services to match families to our community.
